Invita a Dios a tu Hogar

Why wait, when you can get to the root of the issue and head off tragedy before illness of some sort begins to take root in your life? Throughout the course of a lifetime, the average person spends a large part of his income, time and energy on health-related concerns; including medical insurance, health foods/meds, and exercise related activities. In the end, the illusive trajectory of the pursuit of good health in the material realm is because the root of disease is spiritual, not physical.

God Protects His People from all Plagues

According to the Bible all sickness derives from a spiritual root. The solution as well as the cause of disease according to the Bible can be resolved by understanding and practicing the spiritual laws of health and healing that God has revealed in scripture. Every child of God must first be aware of the fact that, not only is God capable of delivering from sickness, God has provided a way for all of His children to protect their entire house. Moses had more experience with sickness caused by plagues than anyone else in the Bible, so we must begin by looking at what he wrote on this precise subject. ~ “Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling” (Psalm 91.9-10).

Invite God into your Home

The word ‘dwelling’ means “house” or “home.” Here, God has provided every serious-minded Christian with the tools necessary to spiritually inoculate his home freeing it from sickness. Notice, the specific word mentioned here is ‘plague,’ which in simple terms means a type of disease that is affecting an entire community. So, what is the cure and how is it applied? Let’s have another look at what is written. Moses said, ~ “Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling” (Psalm 91.9-10). God is not unreasonable, neither is his plan of protection too difficult to adhere to. It is really quite reasonable and quite logical. — If you want God to protect your home, God must first be ‘in’ your house. The plague only comes to the house that God has been evicted from.

The Highest Level of Protection

Those who would prefer to banish sickness from their home instead of banishing God need only to follow God’s simple two step plan — 1. Invite God into your home, and 2. Keep him in your home. The first step is to do as Moses said… ‘make God your permanent residence,’ which literally means to make God your home or as the Bible says it — make God your abode. How is this done?… by following the instructions that Jesus has already given to every born-again believer. If Christians would only follow what Jesus said, they would already be healed and divinely protected. Most of them don’t believe this because they have never been taught it to be true. Exactly the opposite, they’ve been taught to think and believe the opposite! Jesus plainly taught that God becomes our spiritual abode (home) when we abide in His word. Consider the book of John. ~ “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” (John 15.7).

Lock the Door

Jesus said that we abide in God, make God our home, when we keep His word abiding in our heart at all times… This is what the word ‘dwell’ (abide) means; it means to stay, to remain, to persist and not leave. So, God abides in our home to the same degree that we have the word abiding in our heart. Take another look at the words of Moses. He said, there are ‘two steps.’ We have already covered the first step, which is when we abide in God. The final step is to make God ‘our refuge.’ A refuge is a place of permanent protection. It is a fortress in which the enemy is absolutely forbidden and cannot enter even for one minute. When the serpent (pestilence) cannot enter your home, he cannot bring sickness with him.

Sanitize Your Home from Disease

It should be obvious that God will not share His castle with the devil, and anyone who secretly traffics the enemy into God’s fortress will be guilty of treason and suffer immediately ejection along with the evil one. Just as the ancient Israelites had to clean out all leaven1 (evil) from their homes in order to be delivered from the plagues of Egypt (world), so it is that God only becomes our refuge when all evil — every evil book, video, word, or thought — has been cast out and kept out. Leaven in the Bible means false doctrine,2 lie, or deceptive concept. It’s time to get your house immunized before for the seven plagues of the last days are poured out in this epoch.

Exodus 15.26

“If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight…I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”

God says one thing; the devil says another. Only you can decide, and whatever it is that you let shape the way you see yourself determines the sum total of all you will ever be. Before the Spirit begins doing new works in and through us, His job is to first bring us up to date on the actual realities that are already ours in the spiritual realm. There is no point in reinventing the light switch. All that is necessary is to flip the switch on and one can immediately enjoy all of the modern conveniences that accompany electric light. Imagine the absurdity of someone insisting that God would have to miraculously re-create the light-switch exclusively for him alone or he would refuse to use electric light. That’s how some Christians are today.

The Work of God’s Hands

They refuse to let the Holy Spirit ‘enlighten’ them as to the spiritual realities that God has already given to them. The Bible says, ~ “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God” (1Corinthians 2.12). From the beginning of creation, God’s intentions are clearly set forth. In the first chapter of the Bible, God is seen working and creating the entire universe. As soon as the work of creating the earth and cosmos is completed, immediately God gives everything to man. ~ “Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth” (Genesis 1.26).

What is Man?

It is important to emphasize here that the Book of Genesis is not part of the Law of Moses. Moreover, the entire Bible, every one of the sixty-six books that comprise the Bible, all teach the fact that God prospers all of His children who seek and serve Him for “the abundance of all things.” The book of Deuteronomy states outrightly that God desires His children to serve him with joy and gladness ~ “… FOR THE ABUNDANCE OF ALL THINGS” (Deuteronomy 28.47). The idea that God wants His people to live in lack or in need is preposterous and in direct contradiction to the entire word of God, which states thousands of times God’s desire for His children is to reign over all things that He has created. ~ “But one testified in a certain place, saying: “What is man that You are mindful of him, Or the son of man that You take care of him? You have made him a little lower than the angels; You have crowned him with glory and honor, and set him over the works of Your hands. You have put all things in subjection under his feet.” For in that He put all in subjection under him, He left nothing [that is] not put under him. But now we do not yet see all things put under him” (Hebrews 2.6-8).

All Things have been Given

The arguments put forth to support the theory that God does not prosper His people are simplistic and without Biblical foundation. Those who espouse these false doctrines demonstrate their ignorance of scripture and their opposition to God and His word. The Bible says that God sent His only begotten1 Son to suffer and die on the cross, so that the Father could give “all2 things” to His children. In the book of Romans, we read ~ “He [God] who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8.32). It says that God “delivered him [Jesus] for us all”3 so that He could “freely give us all things.” God has gone to great trouble and has paid a great price so that He could freely give all things to His children. How it must hurt Him to see his children suffering the lack of things he has already given only because they have never learned how to receive what is theirs, what has already been bought and paid for with the precious blood of Jesus.

Spiritual Knowledge

The first step to receiving from God is to ‘know’ what has been freely given. One cannot have faith to receive something until that which is given has been plainly identified. To make sure we know with certainty all of the things that are ours, the Father has commissioned none other than the Holy Spirit. In 1Corinthians it is written ~ “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.” (1Corinthians 2.12). Jesus said, ‘It will always be done4 to you according your faith.’ So, it’s up to you. Who knows better what you are than your Creator? Are you the weak, sick, limited, hideous mouse the devil has made you out to be, or are you the child created in the image of God who is destined to reign with Him forever?

The Children’s Bread ―as the Church nears the time of the many gruesome plagues outlined in the book of Revelation, it is imperative that they are walking in His healing covenant. The Children’s bread is healing. It is not God’s will that any of His children are sick. The only reason some of God’s children remain sick is because they are not eating ‘the children’s bread,’ just as the New Testament plainly teaches. In 1Cor. 11, the Bible says that members of the Church in Corinth were sick because they did not eat the bread of communion correctly. ~ “Therefore when you come together in one place, it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper. For this reason many [are] weak and sick among you, and many sleep” (1Corinthians 11.20,30).

This is also what Jesus referred to when He told the Greek woman, who came to him seeking healing, that it was not correct to give ‘the children’s bread’ (healing) to the “little dogs” (not children of God). ~ “But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw [it] to the little dogs. Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great [is] your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour” (Matthew 15.26,28). It was the healing of the first Passover that healed the children of Israel at the same time the 10 plagues of God’s judgement killed all the first-born of Egypt, which is an allegory of the plagues of judgment of the last days.

Why wait until sickness comes and healing must be sought, when the healing of the children’s bread will keep you healthy. It’s time to take God’s medicine… He will bless your bread and remove all sickness from you. ~ “So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you” (Exodus 23.25).

Some things in the Bible are so big, so gargantuous, the mind can’t get around ‘em. It just spits ‘em out. They’re simply too far removed from finite everyday life; albeit, they are indeed true and life-changing if you sit down and let the syntax sink in. Most of us are aware of the verse “great and precious promises” (2Peter 1.4). Well, let’s see if this will fit on your plate!

Hidden in Plain Sight

Since everyone will eventually die, there is only one true escape, and that would be from physical death itself. It is an epic feat, that according to the Bible, only two people have accomplished, and it has been hidden squarely in front of the eyes of all who have embraced the New Testament. Even though, having been read by countless millions, it remains invisible to their consciousness. It is so big, so powerful, so outrageous that it cannot be admitted into the mind and spirit of the average person. Fortunately, if you have been reading this blog for more than a week — you are no average person. Take a look at the book of Hebrews… ~ “By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God” (Hebrews 11.5).

The Greatest Feat in History

We are considering, second only to the resurrection of Messiah, the greatest feat (miracle) recorded in the Bible, or for that matter… recorded in all of the annals of history, and it has a very important and vital connection to every believer who inhabits the earth at this present day as the prophecies of the end of the age fulfill themselves before us. For those who are not familiar with this verse, the term ‘taken away so that he did not see death’ is referring to something very similar to what many people know as ‘the rapture’ of the children of God out of the calamities of the final generation. Referring to God’s great escape plan by which He will miraculously deliver His people out of the midst of the catastrophic events that comprise the final great tribulation period (the final 3-7 years), the Bible states. ~ “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God… hen we who are alive and remain shall be caught up…in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord” (1Thessalonians 4.16-17).

In the Twinkle of an Eye

Two mind-boggling events will occur here. First, as the aforementioned verse reveals, we’ll be ‘caught up together to meet the Lord in the air.’ Millions of true blood washed Christians will instantly disappear from the face of the earth and be translated in the twinkle of an eye into the presence of Jesus Christ ‘in the air.’ Second, their physical body will never die. The last generation who attain unto the ‘catching away’ (rapture) will never die. Their physical body will be transformed, just like Jesus’s resurrected body was. When He rose from the dead on the third day, there was no body left in the tomb because His body had been transformed into a celestial, eternal, and incorruptible body. This transformation will happen at the end of the age to every believer who is alive and called in ‘the first resurrection’ of the church, the rapture. The Apostle Paul writes about this in the book of 1Corinthians. ~ “Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep [die], but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed [raptured].” (1Corinthians 15.51-52).

The Greatest Escape

One must be accustomed to biblical terminology to correctly understand this translation of the Bible. When it is says that ‘we shall not all sleep,’ it means we shall not all suffer the pain of physical death. The last generation will escape part or all ofthe great tribulation upon the earth as God pours out His furious wrath, and the chosen few escape death through the rapture, in an instant… as it is written — ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’ The rapture is called the ‘blessed hope’ in scripture because the child of God can rest assured that the Father has a glorious flight plan out of the darkest moment in world history. ~ “looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ” (Titus 2.13). The only thing that could be greater than this is what is mentioned in the opening lines of this blog. To cut to the chase, your Bible reveals in Hebrews 11.5 that Enoch similarly to the rapture was transported from earth into the presence of God in a heartbeat, and he never tasted death.

How Big is your faith!

What makes this totally beyond what most people can fathom is that Enoch was not raptured by divine providence like the church will be — Enoch was transported ‘by faith.’ Now, that is unquestionably the most monumental act of human faith recorded in the Bible, and it is written in the New Testament because it corresponds to you. Are you tired of waiting for the rapture? Who said you have to wait? God is no respecter of persons. (Call me crazy.) If it was written in the New Testament, Enoch’s walk of faith is your ticket outa here, whether it be before or after the rapture. As the ominous clouds of darkness begin to cover the earth foreboding of the arrival of Antichrist, God is calling His children to get serious about faith. To stop playing games with their faith, so they can escape the things that are coming upon the earth and stand in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mark 9.23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things [are] possible to him who believes.”
