The secret to receiving from God, the place where thousands have missed it, is that they have failed to follow Christ’s teachings of faith. Without doubt, Jesus is the master teacher of faith. No one in the Bible even comes close to the Lord’s mighty1 works of faith and the quantity and quality of His instruction on faith. Presently, we are examining How to ‘Receive from God by faith,’ and have seen that the quality of faith necessary is faith that does not doubt. Both Jesus and James reveal that the key to receiving from God is to ~ “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting” (James 1.6). First, this distinction must be made—human faith doubts, but divine faith does not doubt. True Bible faith will not doubt.
